Communicating GenAI Impact in Software Engineering: A Guide for Engineering Leaders

This webinar was live on Thursday 10th July 2025, but you can still watch it on demand below.

Why GenAI impact needs to be measured and communicated effectively

Generative AI (GenAI) is now front and centre on executive agendas – promising transformative gains in productivity and innovation. As senior technology leaders, you’re tasked with more than just implementing these tools; you must demonstrate real outcomes and communicate their impact clearly to boards and executive stakeholders.

In this 30-minute live session, we’ll explore how CTOs, CPTOs, CIOs and Engineering VPs can effectively report on GenAI adoption within their teams – balancing technical nuance with business relevance.

What we’ll cover:

  • How to align GenAI efforts with strategic business goals

  • Metrics that matter: what to measure and why

  • Governance and risk management in GenAI implementation

  • Communicating progress and impact to non-technical stakeholders
